Finally! A Multi-Vitamin that Doesn't Cause Stomach Upset and has Co-Enzyme B's Plus Papain for Super Absorbabilty! |
|
What are Co-Enzyme B's |
| Co-enzyme B's are B vitamins in their most absorbable, active and useable form! |
Here's how the normal metabolism of B1, B2 and B6 works:
Think of the body as a funnel. We thrown in the B vitamins in the top of the funnel and they filter down towards the neck. It's at this point that the body converts the B vitamins into their active, useable form and then get utilized by the body. Unfortunately, however, some people do not metabolize their B1, B2 and B6 vitamins properly. For them, the funnel is upside down. As a result, when you throw the B's into the small end of the funnel, they fall to the sides and out of the body through the urine without being converted into their active and useable form... thus no good benefits. In the end, all you have is bright yellow (almost fluorescent) urine.
Up until now, most people would just mega-dose these B vitamins in the hopes that they will be able to utilize at least some of them. But, research has shown that mega dosing the B vitamins just doesn't work and what's worse, the individual may actually build up a resistance to them! This is why we have used the Co-Enzyme B vitamins in our Daily Essence™. Co-enzyme B's are B1, B2 and B6 Vitamins already in their most absorbable, active and useable forms! Which means your body doesn't have to do anything special to them in order to be able to get the good benefits from them. |
| Benefits of B1: Thiamine |
In Daily Essence™, Vitamin B1 is in the active coenzyme form of cocarboxylase, which would normally be made by the liver, kidney's and white blood cells. Thiamine is "essential for neural function and carbohydrate metabolism." (excerpt from www.wikipedia.org) It may also enhance circulation and assist in blood formation as well as the production of stomach acid.
Improper utilization of B1 may result in fatigue, mental disease, irritability, gastrointestinal disturbances, tachycardia, general weakness, enlarged liver, edema, labored breathing, and numbness or tingling of the hands and feet.
|
| Benefits of B2: Riboflavin |
In Daily Essence™, Vitamin B2 is in the active coenzyme form of riboflavin-5-phosphate which would normally be made in the intestinal wall, liver and red blood cells. "Vitamin B2 is required for a wide range of cellular processes. And it plays a key role in energy metabolism, and is required for the metabolism of fats, ketone bodies, carbohydrates and proteins." (excerpt from www.wikipedia.org).
Improper utilization of B2 may result in chronic diarrhea, liver disease, digestive disturbances, retarded growth, hair loss, insomnia, and dermatitis.
|
| Benefits of B6: Pyridoxine |
In Daily Essence™, Vitamin B6 is in the active coenzyme from of pyridoxial-5-phosphate, "which plays a vital role as the cofactor of a large number of essential enzymes in the human body." (excerpt from www.wikipedia.org)
"The primary role of vitamin B6 is to act as a coenzyme to many other enzymes in the body that are involved predominantly in metabolism. This role is performed by the active form, pyridoxal phosphate.
Vitamin B6 is involved in the following metabolic processes:
Vitamin B6 may also be necessary for the production of hormones, antibodies, and the neurotransmitters epinephrine, norepinephrine, GABA, dopamine and serotonin.
